Introduction | The end-user is the people who used the product in their daily work. The end user will support the Product Owner when the Scrum Team need elaboration on the interpretation of a User Story.
The end user group can be from within the organisation – typically users of an IT system used by the organisation or they can be customers buying the product or service the organisation deliver. Customer can support the product owner by participating in e.g. focus groups, user communities etc.
